The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 69 of BNS in Cr.No.21 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the Intervenor.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted a letter received from the Inspector of Police, i.e., the Investigating Officer, stating that the petitioner herein had filed a separate Criminal Original Petition before this Court seeking to quash the criminal complaint. It was further submitted that the said matter was referred to mediation and that a memo of compromise was also recorded in the mediation proceedings.

4. Considering the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 15.12.2025 Vv 2/4
