ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, in particular the 4 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 24.04.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for disconnecting the service connection given to the 5 th respondent in the property belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.S.Anburaja, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, the learned Standing Counsel for the 1 st to 4 th respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 24.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the 5 th

respondent and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
