This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8368 of in Crl.O.P.No.11958 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
