ORDER
Today the matter has been listed under the caption for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the applicant on the ground that there is some typographical error. The order passed by this Court on 09.09.2025 shall be replaced as follows :- The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, account has been closed. Hence, nothing survives in this application and accordingly, this application is closed.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for applicant, this application is closed. Considering the request made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a further sum of Rs.10,000/- towards additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
