The petitioner herein jumped bail and was later apprehended pursuant to a Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW).

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submits that if the petitioner is released on bail again, he will again jump bail and delay the trial.

3. According to the prosecution, the occurrence of the year 2021, out of five accused, in turn each one abscond and preventing the trial to be commenced.

4. Considering the nature of the case and the conduct of the petitioner, the petition for bail stand dismissed for the present. The petitioner may be renew the petition after commencement of the trial. 21.08.2025 bsm 2/4
