CRIME NO.10 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, All Women Police Station, Erode , Erode District, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.13755 of 2021 dated 11..08.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.L.A.J.SELVAM, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in respect of appearing before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard, Mr.C.S.Saravanan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.A.J.Selvam, Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent.

3. However, this Court finds no reasons to relax the condition since the defacto complainant was threatened by the petitioner and she also lodged complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Erode, which is pending for investigation.
