Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Tiruppur South Police Station, Tiruppur District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.18076 of 2021 dated 07/10/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18076 of 2021 on 07.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
