Heard Mr.Mani Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

Considering the fact that the cause of action for the suit had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court in as much as the supplies were made from Chennai and the suit is one for recovery of value of the goods sold and delivered to the defendants who are carrying on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiff to institute suit in this Court.
