This is an application filed to grant leave to the applicants to file e-mails dated 18.06.2015 and 25.06.2015 along with the Section 65-B certificate.

2.The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that these documents are necessary in support of applicant's case in the suit.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this application.

4.In the circumstances stated in the application and that these documents are necessary for applicants to prove their case, this Court allows this application.

5.Send the matter back to the concerned learned Additional Master for recording evidence.
