ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 09.11.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for permission for extension of the use of underground pipeline laid through public roads for agricultural water supply from the agricultural well situated in the subject property. 2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been considered by the 2nd respondent and a proper response will be sent to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court. The written instructions received from the 2nd respondent was also placed before this Court.

3/5 3.Considering the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
