This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the criminal revision petition in Crl.RC.

No. of 2024 against the order dated 27.12.2023 in MC.No.210 of 2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 58 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
