This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the BMW Car bearing Chassis No.WBA7G47050G358864 Engine No.0056Y075 and Register No.TN19AC 4519 to the custody of the applicant, available at the respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police aid and break open the premises.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, Ms.Meera Gnanasekar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that they are not able to trace the vehicle and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant application.
