ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Court -II, Kancheepuram to dispose of the suit in I.A.No.237 of 2021 in O.S.No.108 of 2021 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision petition, this Court is inclined to disclose the CRP even without notice to the respondent.

3. The Revision Petitioner filed I.A.No.237 of 2021 in O.S.No.108 of 2021 before the learned Principal District Court -II, Kancheepuram seeking interim injunction. However, the said I.A has been kept pending from August 2021 onwards at the stage of filing counter without any substantial progress. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the learned Principal District Court -II, Kancheepuram to dispose of the I.A.No.237 of 2021 in O.S.No.108 of 2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
