This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the respondent dated 14.07.2023 wherein the respondent has initiated disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner for unauthorised absence.

Heard Mr.B.Prashanth Nadaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. 3.

In the considered view of this Court, the proceedings issued by the respondent dated 14.07.2023 cannot be interfered by this Court. The petitioner has to necessarily submit his explanation for the said notice and work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
