On 05.04.2021, the petitioner herein has given a complaint to the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption alleging that the Director and the Joint Director of Rural Development, both public servants have taken bribe and altered the revenue records in respect of S.No.155, Sathyamangalam, Erode District, which infact belongs to the petitioner herein.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) states that on receipt of this complaint, discreet enquiry was conducted and it was found that the complaint is frivolous complaint and nothing is made out to register the case against Mr.Ganesan, I.A.S and Tmt.Uma Rani. The factual verification report on the petitioner further indicates that the complaint is a motivated complaint and due to real estate dispute between the petitioner and Sengodan, wild allegation being made against the government servant. 2/4

3. This Court finds that the petitioner herein trying to settle the dispute by roping the officials of high rank in his complaint. The respondent police has made enquiry and submitted the report. If the petitioner is really aggrieved about the title of the property situated in S.No.155, Sathyamangalam, which claims to be the owner, his remedy is elsewhere and not in the Criminal Original Petition before the High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
