Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.53 of 2016 dated 22.10.2018 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahalir Court at Krishnagiri and enlarge the petitioner on Bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.781 of 2018 on the file of the Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Crl.M.P.No12044 of 2021. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted for withdrawing the miscellaneous petition.
