Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein are members of the founding trustees.

3. It has been brought to my notice that an earlier order dated 31.01.2008 was made in A.No.1763 of 2002 in C.S.No.159 of 2002, they sought permission from this Court to sell the suit property, and the same was granted.

4. However, it is now alleged that without any modification of the said order, the present 2nd and 3rd respondents, on behalf of the 1st respondent, have entered into a lease deed instead of a sale deed as directed by this Court. Alleging this, one of the properties, they have filed the present suit and seek leave. They are also trustees in the connected trust founded by those who are said to be property trustees by the very same founding trustee.
