George Purushothaman v. No Respondent

A.No.4245 of 2024 in O.P.No.352 of 2024 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., One A.Aaron worked as a school teacher at C.S.I Central School, Shollinghur, Ranipet District in the year 1975. His daughter viz Selvi Daisy Christy Flora was suffering from brain Epilepsy with 60% disability.

2. Based upon the Notary Certificate, the elder brother of Daisy Christy Flora was permitted to draw the family pension to be payable to the daughter. As the elder brother John Nelson died on 10.07.2014, the petition officer is insisting upon the appointment of Guardian and hence this application is filed.

3. All the original papers and original documents are within the educational officer who in turn are forwarded the same to the Accounts Officer,(Pension Department) at Nandanam.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
