ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 07.04.2025 and 19.06.2025 within a time frame.

2. The petitioner states that her husband was allotted, gramanatham lands in Survey No.143A/1A1A1, current Survey Number is 479/3, to an extent of 2.70 cent of land inTottakara street, Mohanur Village, Namakkal District. The petitioner's husband was also issued patta in Patta No.899. The petitioner states that out of wedlock, she and her husband had no issues. The petitioner states that due to old age (80 years), her husband had become senile and taking advantage of Page No.2 of 5

the situation, his nephews namely Moganavel and Balasubramanian created the bogus Will in Doc.No.44 of 2025, in their favour, by affixing his signature by impersonation.

3. On coming to know about the aforesaid fraudulent acts of the petitioner's husband's nephew's, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 07.04.2025 and 19.06.2025, for appropriate action against them. However, no action was taken and hence, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer in the writ petition, I am inclined to direct the 1 st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 07.04.2025 and 19.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, Page No.3 of 5

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
