ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to take necessary action against the respondents 5 and 6 on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 08.06.2025, when the petitioner tried to erect a door in his house, the fifth and sixth respondents scolded the petitioner in filthy language and threatened him, in respect of which the petitioner had given a complaint before the fourth respondent. The fifth and sixth respondents are objecting for erecting the door on the ground that she is abetting the temple. According to the petitioner, even she is prepared to fix the door and keep it such a way that it opens inside the house and the door will not abet the property of the temple. It is her further contention that the temple have right only from the road. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are threatening the petitioner to close the door. Hence, the present petition.

3. In the last hearing, this Court had directed the petitioner to produce the photographs and the photographs have been produced by the petitioner. The same clearly indicate that the petitioner is already having a shop on the other side and now she wants to build a wall and put up a door, just facing the temple. This cannot be done by way of filing a petition filed under section 528 of

BNSS. If at all the petitioner wants to establish her right to have such door, it has to be established in a civil suit. Hence, I do not find any merits in this petition.
