This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police authorities not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, on the complaint lodged by one Kumar and twelve others in respect of a chit transaction, petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the above, blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
