O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by a common order dated 19.04.2021 in W.P.Nos.178, 181, 182, 184 & 187 of 2020 directed the 2nd respondent therein to pass suitable orders and pay the redetermined compensation amount to the petitioners within a period of three months. Alleging that the order of this court has not been complied with within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, the respondent Commissioner of Revenue Administration appeared before this Court through video conference and assured that entire amount will be paid on or before 19.01.2022. Hence, the matter was adjourned to today.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent submitted that, now the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner through RTGS and the learned counsel appearing for petitioner has also confirmed the same.

4. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this 2/3

Contempt Petition stands closed. This Court appreciates the learned Government Advocate Mr. P.Sanjai Gandhi for taking effective steps to deposit the amount.
