ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.169 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police, in respect of the petitioners. 2.
On perusal of records, it is found that on the representation of the learned counsel for both parties, earlier this Court had referred this matter for mediation and the mediation centre was directed to submit a report before this court on completion of mediation. Accordingly, a report along with settlement agreement entered between the parties, has been submitted before this Court stating that the parties have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to this criminal original petition and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties through the process of conciliation/mediation. 3.
Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal original petition for adjudication. In view of the aforementioned settlement agreement, the entire impugned proceedings in FIR in crime No.169 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed and this criminal original petition stands allowed. The
aforesaid settlement agreement dated 27.05.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
