ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in CCB Cr. No.105 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, EDF-I, Team-II, Vepery, Chennai-7.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner has been cheated by the opposite party on the promise of getting medical college admission for his son. In a case of this nature, this Court cannot be issued a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. 4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
