This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.8466 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9941 of 2024 order dated 13.06.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to poor financial conditions and also taking into consideration part of the amount was deposited by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month for depositing the remaining amount.
