The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent on first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13805/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14799/2023 dated 05.09.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offence involved in this case and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
