A.No.4097 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the death of Y.Pallakudurai, representing the defendant in CS.No.595 of 2018 and A.No.4098 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the 1st to 3rd proposed respondents herein as legal representatives of the deceased Y.Pallakudurai, representing the defendant and rank them as defendants 2 to 4 in the suit CS.No.595 of 2018.

2. All the proposed respondents have been duly served in A.Nos.4097 & 4098 of 2021.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications.

4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the amendment in the suit and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the respective counsels who are appearing for the defendants.
