When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submit that after filing this petition, the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police.

Recording the above submissions, the question of granting anticipatory bail will not arise and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
