O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, an advocate, with no exposure of the subject at hand seeks to raise the issue in a public interest litigation of what medicines should be prescribed and how the pricing in the market should take place. This plea is predicated only on a representation made to the Government authorities. 2.In our view, this is a subject matter completely within the administrative domain and it is for the Government to consider the suggestions of the petitioner or not. This cannot be a cause for a public interest litigation.
3.Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
