At the time of passing the order in the writ petition, arising out of which the present contempt petition has been filed, the respondent was the Municipal Commissioner at Pallavaram Municipality and subsequently has been transfered to Tambaram Corporation as Commissioner and therefore an amendment in the cause title is required.

Application is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment if any and number the contempt petition and post for admission.
