Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to promote the 1st to 5th Petitioners as Section Officers in the Secretariat for the vacancies accrued in the year 2011-2012 and further direct the Respondent to promote the 6th to 35th petitioners in the vacancies for the year 20122013 and the existing vacancies of the year 2013-2014 of Section Officer.
