check The learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing A. No.5161 of 2023 filed by the defendant to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the written statement.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the written statement filed by the defendant is taken on file.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file an amendment application seeking amendment of the pleadings as well as the prayer.

Interim Order granted earlier shall stand extended until further orders.
