This petition is filed to amend the Jail Address as Sub Jail, Dharmapuri, instead of Central Prison, Salem in bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21190 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner moved bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21190 of 2021 stating that the petitioner was confined in Central Prison, Salem and on 12.11.2021, he was granted bail by this Court and an order copy was issued to that effect stating that the petitioner was confined in Central Prison, Salem. He would further submit that due to oversight, the jail address was wrongly mentioned as Central Prison, Salem instead of Sub Jail, Dharmapuri. Hence he pray to amend the Jail address as 'Sub Jail, Dharmapuri' instead of 'Central Prison, Salem' in the order copy issued in Crl.O.P.No.21190 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the jail address is amended as 'Sub Jail, Dharmapuri' instead of 'Central Prison, Salem'. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
