O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. The petitioners are Senior Citizens aged about 71 and 66 years old who are being harassed by the 4th respondent on the guise of enquiry, on the complaint given by his younger brother Sathyamoorthy.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had earlier sent a legal notice against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sathyamoorthy, wife of Sathyamoorthy, son-in-law and their son for being greedy and taking steps, to some how encroach the petitioner's property. A complaint lodged in CSR No.424 of 2021 and no action taken. On the other hand, on the complaint of Sathyamoorthy, CSR No.425 of 2021 assigned and the petitioners are being harassed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners had lodged a complaint as well as his brother had also lodged a complaint. In both the cases CSR Nos.424 & 425 of 2021 assigned. During enquiry, they have given undertaking that they would approach the appropriate Court to seek their remedy. Thereafter both the CSR's were closed and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
