This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner herein considering the petitioner's application dated 23.06.2022 at 1/4

the earliest.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made an application dated 23.06.2022 before the second respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said representation has been rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
