These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16610 of 2022 on 15.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 4.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed which has been taken up in P.R.C.No.70 of 2022 on the file of the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
