There is no contempt made, there is no case made on contempt.

2. Respondent have ample power to transfer the petitioner. There is only stay as far as suspension of the petitioner is concerned. There is no stay to transfer of the petitioner to any other place, since serious allegations have been levelled against the petitioner, it cannot be said that the respondents cannot transfer the petitioner.
