The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.11.2018 made in W.P.No.29322 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the order dated 19.11.2019 in Mu.Mu.No.2752/2018/A4 passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.1537 of 2019 the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, Krishnagiri District/ 1st respondent therein before this Court stating that the orders of this Court have been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admits to the same. The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application for legal heir certificate and if it is in order, the respondents may issue the same in accordance with rules.

4. In view of the facts, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
