Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. After hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I find that, the learned Session Judge, Arani has already issued nonbailable warrant on 22.07.2016 and the same is pending and hence there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court and seek for re-calling of the N.B.W. In such an event, the learned Session Judge, Arani is directed to dispose the same on the same date.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
