The above miscellaneous petitions have been filed to set aside the order passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.1793 to 1796 and W.A.Nos.1798 to 1800 of 2017 and to restore the above writ appeals into file.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow the above petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petitions.

4. Accordingly, all the petitions are allowed and the W.A.Nos.1793 to 1796 of 2017 and W.A.Nos.1798 to 1800 of 2017 are restored into file.

5. List the matters on 16.08.2023.
