Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to grant any permission to the third respondent to store or sell any fireworks or crackers in Shop F, Ground Floor, No.7, Kamarajar Street, Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District and take necessary action against the third respondent and further ensure that the third respondent does not continue to store and sell the same.
