The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 20.11.2018, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and ascertained the fact that there is already a pending suit between the parties and the dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the parties were advised to redress their grievance before the competent Civil Court.
