ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.849 of 2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in Crime No.338 of 2019 foisted under Section 75(1) (C) TNCP Act, r/w under Section 506(2) of IPC on the file of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submitted that trial in the case has been commenced and almost all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

witnesses have been examined. The case is at the stage of examination of the Investigating Officer.

3. In the afore stated circumstances, it is inappropriate to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.849 of 2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.
