This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the 3rd defendant who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.The suit property is within the jurisdiction of this Court. While the plaintiff and the defendants 1&2 are within the jurisdiction of this Court. Only the third defendant is resident in Palavakkam.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, leave is granted. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. The Registry may proceed to number the plaint if it is otherwise in order.
