This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner herein to peruse MD, Physician (General Medicine) course at Kharkiv National Medical Univerity at Ukraine within an appropriate time.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned standing counsel for the respondent Bank, submitted that the Bank has already sanctioned a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- [Rupees Four Lakhs only], towards educational loan, to the petitioner.
