Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SITHIRAI ANANDAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.THIYAGARAJA, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to surrender the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6744/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.467/2019, dated 05.07.2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level-II, Coimbatore.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court concerned, on or before 04.11.2019.
