This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 08.10.2018 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23246 of 2018 has not been complied with.

Contempt Petition No.1602 of 2019 Nagar Police Station, are present before this Court.

3. On instructions, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 08.10.2018 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23246 of 2018 has been complied with, inasmuch as the police have completed the investigation in S-10 Pallikaranai P.S. Crime No.1067 of 2018 and they have filed a charge sheet which has been taken on file as C.C.No.317 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
