By this application, the Administrator seeks a direction to the Official Liquidator for the payment of a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as salary to R.Vinoth Kumar and B.Arun Prasath, who are staff employed for providing services to the company in provisional liquidation.

2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the above mentioned individuals were recruited in August, 2022 on a salary of Rs.15,000/- per month. It is also stated that they have completed about two years of service and that their services are satisfactory. Therefore, a direction is sought for an increase of their salary with effect from 01.06.2024.

3. The Official Liquidator states that the above mentioned staff completed two years of service on 31.08.2024. Consequently, it is 1/3

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J kal submitted that the increased salary may be directed to be paid with effect from 01.09.2024.

4. Upon taking into account the above submissions, this application is disposed of by directing the Official Liquidator to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- each per month to R.Vinoth Kumar and B.Arun Prasath from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation with effect from 01.09.2024. Such payment shall be made by electronic money transfer into the bank accounts specified in the application.
