This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.16992 of 2024 in 1/4

Crl.O.P.No.22013 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.16992 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22013 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
