ORDER

The Review Application is filed to review the final order dated dated 20.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.22795 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the Petitioner herein submitted that this Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 in W.P.No.22795 of 2018 had issued a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the Writ Petitioner's application, wherein the subsidy has been sought for under the TUF Scheme in respect of the term loan availed to the tune of Rs.11.92 Crores. However, the competent authority to decide the aforesaid application is the 3rd respondent and therefore, necessary orders may be passed.

3. Recording the submission of the Petitioner herein, the 3rd respondent/Union of India in W.P.No.22795 of 2018 is directed to consider the Writ Petitioner's application seeking for subsidy under the TUF Scheme in respect of the term loan of Rs.11.92 Crores and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
